This Saturday, October 13th, the RMS National Junior Honor Society will be helping out at Matthew 25 Ministries as part of our service to the community. As part of this project, NJHS is collecting donations for those who have become victims of Hurricane Michael. Hurricane Michael was a Category 4 hurricane that made landfall in Florida and is on its way to the Carolinas. Matthew 25 Ministries is ready to respond but is in need of help. NJHS will collect donations of cleaning supplies such as laundry detergents, general cleaners, sponges, mops, scrub brushes, buckets, rubber gloves, paper towels. They are in desperate need of personal care items: antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, lotion, etc.. In addition, any food items such as canned goods, bottle water, or ready to eat snacks such as granola bars would be greatly appreciated. National Junior Honor Society would like to invite Ross Middle School to show our support by helping these people who are in need. (This is not a contest or a requirement.) If you are willing and able to donate any of these items please send them down to Ms. Dizon's room (room 205) tomorrow, Friday October 12th. Thank you in advance RMS!
