Ross Local Schools Hall of Fame to Induct Twelve as the Class of 2019

The Ross Local Schools Hall of Fame completed a very successful inaugural year in 2018. The Hall of Fame comprises four branches; Academic, Athletic, Fine Arts, and Community. We are very pleased and honored to present the next class of inductees as the Ross Local Schools Class of 2019.

Induction weekend begins Friday, January 18, with the inductees being introduced at halftime of the home varsity basketball game against Harrison. The induction ceremony will take place on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at the Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton. Ticket information will be available on the Ross Local Schools Hall of Fame website found on the Ross Local School District website.

Kindergarten Registration

In addition, parents may register students March 21, 22, & 23 from 9:30AM-3:00PM. Children who are five years of age before August 1 are eligible to attend next year’s Kindergarten classes. 

Camp Invention

Let’s invent the future today at this summer’s Camp Invention! Ross Local School District is partnering with the National Inventors Hall of Fame to provide Camp Invention, a unique elementary summer enrichment experience with a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) focus for children in our community, June 11th-15th.

RAMM food drive!

We are encouraging students to bring in a suggested non-perishable food item during this special week.  Each day that students donate, they will get to participate in the silly dress day.  All donations go towards the R.A.M.M (Ross And Morgan Ministries) Food Pantry.  Sponsored By: Student Council

**Car-rider Dismissal Up-date**

We will continue to work hard to ensure the safety of the children and community we serve.  Beginning Monday, January 8th we will be moving to a 'rolling dismissal' for car-riders.  Please see the information below.  More information will be provided later, and we will be discussing this change at our next PTO meeting, Tuesday Dec. 12th.  Thank you for your flexibility and for helping us do everything we can to make Elda as safe as possible!
