Previously, Chad spent 14 years in the Hamilton City School District, as a Principal, Business Manager, Human Resources Director and Assistant Superintendent. Earlier in his career, Chad spent five years in the Oak Hills Local School District as an Assistant Principal at the Middle School.  Chad also has served as a Teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal in the Cincinnati Public School District.

Before coming to Ross, Steve spent six years as a District Administrator in the Princeton City Schools. Steve has seventeen years of experience in public education, serving in a variety of building and central office Administrative roles during that time. He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Xavier University and is currently finishing his Superintendent’s licensure at Miami University. 

Steve and his wife Kimberly reside in Ross Township with their three children, Sydney, Keithen and Camden.

Before Joining the Ross team, Diane worked in the Forest Hills School District.  Diane's experience includes serving as the special education coordinator in the Forest Hills School District and Milford Exempted School District for 5 years and as a special education teacher and administrator in the Fairfield City Schools for 28 years. Diane received her bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education from Michigan State University and a master's degree in Supervision from Xavier University.

Diane resides in the Ross Community with her husband and daughter who both graduated from the Ross Local School District.

Robin graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Music in Education in 1990 and received his Masters in School Administration in 2012 from Concordia University in Chicago. Robin has served the Ross Local School District for over 30 years as a Music Teacher, Technology Teacher, Technology Integration Specialist and Director of Technology.  Robin is originally from Oxford Ohio and now resides in the College Hill suburb of Cincinnati.

Shelli Turco has worked in school nursing for over 20 years. Prior to coming to Ross, she worked at Lakota Local Schools and at the Butler County Educational Services Center. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and school nurse certification from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Maintenance Supervisor
Devin Huff

Devin Huff worked in the commercial HVAC industry for over eleven years. Six of those years he maintained and operated all the HVAC equipment for Mt. Healthy City Schools, while also performing other general maintenance duties. He is a lifelong Ross resident and graduated from Ross High School. Devin and his wife Diane currently live in Morgan Township.

Karen Trousdell comes to Ross from the New Miami School District with 10 years of experience and 2 years from North College Hill as a Food Service Director/Kitchen Manager.  She also has over 23 years of experience in Retail Management with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Purdue University.

Karen resides in Trenton with her husband of 30 years.

Brian Martin earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his master’s degree from Xavier University. He began his career in education in the Madison Local School District and then continued with the Oak Hills Local School District where he served as a social studies teacher and counselor. Mr. Martin next served as the assistant principal of Indian Hill Middle School for four years, before becoming an assistant principal, then principal, of Little Miami High School.  He became the principal at Ross High School in 2011. He resides in Hamilton with his wife, Jill and his two daughters.

Tony Albrinck joined the Ross Middle School staff in 2013 as the assistant principal after serving eleven years as a Language Arts teacher at Harrison Junior High School. He completed his undergraduate work in English Education at Indiana State University in 2001 and graduate work in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati in 2006. He currently resides in Ross with his wife Becky and three children.

Jason Rettinger is a 1995 of Ross High School and has worked in the District for 20 years.  He served 16 years as a 5th/6th grade math teacher and 3 years as the RMS Dean of Students / RLS Asst AD.  Jason resides in Ross with his wife Julie and his daughter Rachel.  He received his undergrad at Mount St. Joseph's University and his graduate work in Educational Leadership at Concordia University.

Adam Hull joins the Ross Local School District after spending the last 16 years in the Northwest Local School District. Adam has served the last four years as the Assistant Principal at White Oak Middle school. He has also held the positions of dean of students, teacher, and coach. Adam earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati.
